Short and powerful sessions designed to help you reconnect, reset, and recharge. The sessions will incorporate the following aspects:

Practical guidance and simple meditations to help you shift out of stress and into clarity — and to carry that calm with you long after the course ends.

📓 Weekly Journaling Prompts
Gentle questions and reflections to support your self-awareness, boundaries, and emotional clarity.

💪 Strength & Mobility Support
Joint-friendly yoga and calming breathwork to move in ways that feel good and nourishing, while building resilience in your joints, muscles, and nervous system.

💬 Live Weekly Support Call (approx. 1 hour)
A discussion topic to help remove the barriers that you might have and time to ask questions, share wins, and get real-time support.
